Chemical Warfare
I've set fire to the bridge that binds us
If there hadn't been me, your city would have sank
into an ocean of ill decision.
I sighed out the candle that lit our path
I sacrificed my life to keep that flame alive
withstanding your sudden onset of hurricanes and thunderstorms.
You're infusing a dangerous game of chemical warfare.
I've injected L-Dopa into a line
that carries bad charma to the brain.
Without you, I'm everything
Without me, you're nothing
but a wasteland polluted with wickedness.
Your narcissistic personality never leaked
a drop of love for me
And my insidious lack of self respect
was harbored by your mangled manipulation.
You drank my serotonin and didn't stop to breathe
You thought I wouldn't notice
You hoped I'd hate myself
But I only loved me more.
You're infusing a dangerous game of chemical warfare.
